Grilled chicken Greek salad was great with lots of chicken. Lemon rice soup was cold, then they brought me a new one and were very apologetic about it. That's cool. Service was slammed, but still prompt. I'll be back.

This used to be my spot to meet up with my uncles and my girlfriend every Wednesday. I always stuck with the $3 breakfast special with coffee. You can never go wrong! I do have to give a nod to all of the waitresses there serving week to week and doing an outstanding job, especially Denise..she is awesome! If you are looking for a cheap, but tasty breakfast go no further!

My friends and I can usually be found at Tim's on a morning after a night of heavy partying. I've tried many of their lunch/dinner menu items, but ultimately, it's the breakfast menu that I love. Tim's has a great selection of omelettes and every one of them is good. They do not skimp on the eggs or the fillings. I can usually only finish about half each time by the time I've become completely full. I'm also a big fan of the lemon rice soup. It's very comforting, perfect soup for a cold winter day. Since Tim's close at 2pm on Sundays, I'd suggest you arrive no later than 11:30am, before it gets super busy from the folks just coming out of church.

You can get an acceptable meal here. You cannot get an exceptional meal here. I ordered a standard breakfast. The eggs were decent. The toast was cold and dry. The hashbrowns were not cooked well-done as I had asked. The bacon was old and chewy as hell. Sausage wasn't flavorful, just filled with grease. My waitress was nice to me. My food came out quickly. Would I come back? No. There are so many better coneys in a 5 mile radius; ones where you can get a fresh breakfast for around the same price.

Always have had good food here and never left hungry but it's cash only. Food is affordable and coffee is great.

Tim's Coney Island isn't too bad. Pretty cheap early breakfast specials, that will leave you filled for less than $5. Monday's coney special is now $1.10, still not that bad either.

Tim's has great service, cheap breakfast, and good coffee. I've recently become a fan of the Coney experience, and Tim's rocks.

For years, I passed by Tim's frequently and never tried it. Then, a group of us decided to have breakfast there on a Saturday. The place was packed, which is usually a good sign, and it was for us. I ordered the western omelette, grits, and rye toast and was not disappointed. The food was delicious and the service was awesome. I went back again over the weekend and was very pleased with the Porky Omelette Supreme, which is loaded with sausage, Dearborn Ham, and bacon, and basically should come with a cardiology referral. LOL! The only issue I and others had is with the ice cubes. They had a chemical taste to them which became stronger as the ice melted in the glasses of water I and my companions had. We told the waitress and she said they were aware of the problem, but the Coke sales/machine rep said there was nothing wrong in the water line. She said many people have mentioned the bad taste, while others don't notice it. Obviously, this is an issue they need to look into, so I'd stay away from adding ice to any cold drink you order. That being said, the meals and service are top notch, especially on a very busy Saturday morning. I will definitely visit Tim's again.

I love this place, the food, the service, and the prices are good. They have one server that you do not want. She is the oldest waitress here and one to avoid. The rest of the staff is great.

I came in during lunch. I stood around looking like an idiot for several minutes waiting to be seated while servers whirled around me as if I were invisible. Annoying. I finally seated myself and ordered a lunch special, chicken finger pita with fries and a cup of German potato soup for $5.65. The soup came fast, and was delicious and hearty. The pita was huge and fries were plentiful. The server was efficient but not particularly friendly. I'd come here for the solid food and pricing, but the service is nothing special.

I was in Allen Park last week and was hungry but did not have much time. I hate fast food so a friend at Ford said to try Tims. Nothing fancy..just your basic coney island and that is what I am comparing it to. I ordered the chicken and rice that came with a greek style tomato sauce on top and a salad for around 7 dollars. It was soo good I am craving it again already! Plus I could not even finish it because the portion was huge. Took some home and had the rest later. It is cash only...so the one thing I really liked is when I walked up to the owner to pay my bill and said "What if I don`t have any cash on me?" No problem...just pay the next time you come back. I am in Allen Park around once a month so I will be a regular for lunch,

This is the best coney island/diner restaurant I've tried, and I've tried a LOT of them. Their coneys are unremarkable, but their breakfast food and other menu items are seriously phenomenal, and the value can't be beat. Service is a delight. My top recommendations are the Hot Turkey Sandwich, the Kentucky Hash, and the Gyros sandwich. Definitely get the saganaki appetizer for a little OPA! at your table.

As far as Coney Islands go, this is the best I've been to! The greek chicken salad is far better than other coney islands in the area. The service has always been superb. The staff is very friendly, welcoming, and they take care of you. The prices are competitive. The food has always been stellar. For breakfast or lunch, Tim's offers a great selection of delicious food. The only negative is they don't accept credit cards... but the inconvenience is totally worth it. Tim's is fantastic!

Decent Coney island food. Price is comparable to other Coney islands. They do not take credit cards, cash only.

Stopped in here for breakfast the other day. The place is clean and the food is pretty decent. I had a Country scramble dish with Bacon, Ham, Sausage Onions, Peppers and Eggs topped with Sausage Gravy. I have had better Gravy, but all in all it was pretty good. With coffee the meal came to 7 dollars and some change. I would not hesitate returning to Tim's anytime in the future.
